Our Story
We are a team of dynamic young professionals who came together to develop a reliable and efficient delivery solution for Sri Lankans.
The Covid-19 pandemic and its resulting lockdown saw the entire country depending on delivery services to meet their daily needs. The focus on delivery was at a level we had never seen or experienced before, and we realised that there was a requirement for a professional, convenient and dependable service provider that could connect vendors with their customers.
Our team, which consists of young entrepreneurs from a number of fields, joined together to cater to this requirement, and set up Connect Co.
Our goal is to be Sri Lanka’s first automated last mile delivery solution for small, medium and large organizations, while providing a uniform high level of service, which is consistent and reliable. Our mission is to set a new standard in Sri Lanka’s last mile delivery servicing.
OUR TEAM
Connect Co is run by a team of dedicated and competent professionals who are committed to providing customers with the best possible service. Our management team has experience working in a number of sectors, including finance, marketing and operations. We use this expertise to ensure that our offering is streamlined, efficient, and customer-focused.
We work with a great team of couriers who are vetted, trained and educated on the proper handling of packages. Together, we have built a successful operation that is steadily growing and servicing small and large businesses throughout the country.
